Is repair cheaper than buying new?
Usually yes, especially for Grade A pallets. Repairing a damaged Grade A pallet costs $8-12 vs buying new at $18-25. Repairs extend pallet life by years. We'll evaluate whether repair or replacement makes more sense for your situation.
How long do repairs take?
Standard depot repairs: 2-3 business days. Rush service available for additional fee. On-site repairs completed same day. Large volume repairs may take 5-7 days depending on parts availability.

Recycling & Disposal

What happens to pallets you recycle?
